Typical effects only. Actual damage depends on wind, roof age, material and installation, and only an inspection can document it.
Exposure, building by building
We keep track of the buildings you ask us to watch. When severe weather crosses one of them, based on public radar and ground reports, you hear about it with the building, the date and an indication of severity. Over time that becomes a dated exposure history for each building, useful at renewal, at sale and whenever someone asks when damage happened.
What it is not
- Not lead generation. We do not sell or share your building list.
- Not a forecast. It reports storms that happened.
- Not a finding. A warning or radar estimate is a reason to look, not a finding of damage. Only an on-site assessment can document what happened to a building.
Our methodology and data are proprietary. What you get from us is the record, not the recipe.
