- Someone needs a dated record of conditions now, before memories and evidence fade.
How it works
Call 952.220.9026. We respond within 24 hours with a defined escalation path, document the building as it is, and give you a written record. If temporary protection is needed, the record notes what was done and when, so the condition before and after is clear. Our roofing company, Forsman Roofing Solutions, can handle repairs if you choose, but the record does not depend on it.
What the record includes
A dated, located photo record of the roof and envelope as found; notes on active leaks, debris and any temporary protection and when it was installed; measurements of affected areas; and a short written summary of conditions that a manager, a board or a carrier can read without having been there. If a full assessment follows, it builds on the same record, so nothing observed on the first day is lost.
